Where exactly is the "big fuse"

take the battery cover off ,follow the fuel rail towards the windscreen between the windscreen and rear of the engine about 8" down are 2 red thickish battery type wires
and a little 2x1 black box lift the cover and there it is if your changing it use insultating tape on the socket and extention as its LIVE !!!! good luck
your then find why i've converted mine to the front and 100 more times easier to change

That's where I've been looking.
I'll go back and have another look, there's "heat wrap" (I think that's what it's called, like the asbestos-type wrapping used on some motorbike exhausts) around pipes / cables in there and this restricts the view.
I didn't want to go ripping until I was certain I was in the right place.

I'm happier knowing where the bits are now and it'll make the problem-solving easier.
Does this mean I've resigned myself to the fact I'm going to have problems, I wonder???
