Do any of you know what spring rates you are running?

Used to run 300f/200r rear on mine same as most blackbird ms cars.

Can you please confirm those spring rates again ? 300f appears high unless I am missing some other set up data here.... What shocks are you using, front antiroll bar and rake on the car ?

hi, sorry for delay. My car was definately on 300f, and i do wonder whether this was too stiff, but seemed to work ok on the track. I was using the standard caterham superlight bilsteins. I was going to upgrade to aluminuim nitrons and possibly the freestyle inboard system and get nitron/freestyle to have a look at the car and see if it could be improved, but sold the car rather than chuck yet more money at it!
