Dell Axim X3 - OS upgrades?

[The Dude]

I've recently resurrected my old Dell Axim X3 which has Pocket PC (V 4.20.0) pre-installed. I just wondered if there's an updated OS and if so, where and how do I get it (tried Dell's site but it's just a nightmare)? Is Windows Mobile 2003 (edit: I think that I meant Pocket PC 2003) the same but newer? Can you tell I'm new to this stuff?
