Private car park parking ticket
Discussion
A friend of mine's car broke down, wouldn't start up after parking in a private car park. She had to leave it there (well she could have had it towed but her mechanic dad lives a mile away from the car park and she decided to leave it there for him to collect tomorrow).
Anyhow, a few hours later and we go and check on the car, and its got a ticket on it. Not many details, not even a 'pay £x now please'. Car park is run by Euro Car Parks. I don't think theres a machine, I'll check but I think its just a '2 hours max parking' type deal.
I doubt that the fact her car was broken down would have any bearing on the validity of the ticket, so is she best paying it, or just ignoring it? I understand these things are rarely pursued.
The car has now been removed btw, we managed to get it started up.
