Try this link guys. This is so far the best I can find to prove that the LP640 roadster will be built and delivered next year!

Now I will admit that it is not the most conclusive proof but it has to go some way to convince some people on here that im not lying about this.

Winklemann (sp?) said in an interview that they were working on the new Roadster... this was after the LP640 was announced and Gallardo Spider was announced. Hopefully it'll have a more usable roof

No one disputed it would be built??!!

I've known that it would be for 3 months. However in your first post you requested pictures of it. As I said then, you aren't going to find pics of a car that has yet to be officially announced, let alone constructed yet.

Sorry to dispute what you just said but if you have a look back at that first post (about 12 pages back) as i just have you said and i am quoting here...

"Not only doesn't he know what it looks like, the car doesnt even exist and hasn't even been announced by Lamborghini if ever"

Please look closely at the last 2 words "IF EVER" but if you have known about it for 3 months why would you say that!!?? Hmmm Very Strange rolleyes

How reliable is that source when their closing paragraph is,
website said:
Under Audi’s ownership, Lamborghini is expected to launch an all-wheel-drive car

Because you div I'd just been to the factory to do an interview with Gabriele Gabrielli Lamborghini's LP640 Lead Engineer who had specifically asked that until an official announcement was made not to go blagging it about.
Why the heck am I even bothering to respond to this? Jesus

Bund,

you shouldn't make out that Simon is all in favour of personal gratification...thats not what he's about. He's just geniunely nice guy, passionate about all things Lamborghini and likes to put the record straight if and when an issue arises.

I personally think its great news if they are making the roadster.

Andy.

I've known about the LP roadster for several months as well, so Si's spot on.
And it does have a proper "folding" roof, ala Gallardo Spyder.
And it'll be unveiled in about 10 minutes at Paris.

Thanks Andy,

I had already spoken to Simon about the matter. Simon called the Guy a Div. When Stin wrote his original piece on there being a roadster Simon was writing off the idea of the car while he actually knew it was going to happen. Stin pulled up Simons thread of saying that IF EVER happening and was wondering why Simon had said he had known for 3 months.

Thats when Simon called the guy Div, i was funny about it as how was the guy meant to know that Simon knew but had to keep it secret so he shouldnt have called him a Div?!?!?!?!?!? Fair?

Plus for us who do not know Simon his thread did put him in my books in a bad light(not anymore iv spoken to him).

Are we all clear on the matter now? Im also over the moon about the roadster but would still rather have yours and simons coming car which i may buy once iv got more secure parking.

Happy family again.

Thanks for setting the record straight on that one Simon but im sure that you can see where I was coming from after you basically said I was lying by using "if ever" when you really didn't need to!!

But I would like to apologise regards some of the grief caused on my part over the last few threads.

Also thanks to Bund as you managed to get some clarity out of all this madness!
