I asked what size fronts, not make.
Griffs came with many different sizes at both ends. But they usually have some sort of correlation.
If you have 225 fronts you'll probably go for 245 rears. If 205 fronts then 225 rears. There is no hard fast rule but generally you'd not put 205 fronts and 245 rears.
Some people use 225s all round (those on Toyo 888s do this with good effect).
Some people say that the PAS cars had 225 front 245 rear. Non PAS 205-215 front 225-235 rear. But my car is non PAS and was delivered with 225 front 245 rear so who knows!
245 is generally considered wider than optimum for the rim width of Griff rears, but most people have no complaints (including me).

There are insurance implications on this as the V rated tyres are not deemed the same spec as the originals. Talk to your insurer first - you could be wasting your money as they may say no and make your insurance invalid.
Just for reference, I have a Griff 4.0 pre cat with S02pp 205/50/15 fronts in very good condition and newish Toyo T1-R 225/45/16 on the rear (standard sizes for my car). The thing I noticed as soon as the Toyos were bedded in was that, IMHO, the Toyos have so much more grip than the S02pp that they cause understeer when pushing on or pulling away quickly whilst turning, something that I don't remember happening when it was S02s all round, the opposite in fact. so personally I would change the lot.

A lot of non-PAS Griffs came with 205/55 front and 245/45 back from the factory, mine included. Over the years, I've tried fitting 225/50 to the front but it rubs the battery box as the lock stops are different on the PAS vs non-PAS cars. This suggests that potentially the steering lock is less on the PAS cars (something to try on a rainy day).
There's absolutely nothing wrong with 205/55 and 245/45. I believe the switch to 245 rears was made on later cars.
PS. Toyo also do a 205/50 V15 for the front which reduces the size of the tyrewall slightly. That's what I have just fitted to mine and it looks much better.
PPS. I do not believe Toyo T1-Rs are significantly stickier than S-O2 PPs.
