For Big Cheese! the website isnt working or if it sometimes does it says access denied. is he in the bin or just something is wrong?

If Big Cheese has set his preferences, then it doesn't include the bin.

Click on 'my info', then 'preferences' and add the bin to his list of favourites.

I have no idea how I know this information boxedin
