Ok,
this is a really basic walkthrough for taking a static front 3/4 shot of a car, which is far more difficult than it sounds. I'm just trying to answer some of the questions i get emailed quite frequently. There are also some useful tips that apply to all sorts of car photos.

Without further ado:

Excellent. I'll be using those tips as I never seem to get the photo I want.

Thanks.

Very useful. A fair bit I'd read before, but some new pointers, some great shots to learn from, and well explained. Plus all in one place, which is a major bonus!

Might just have to bookmark that...

Reads well thumbup although (and I'm no prude) you might want to remove the expletives depending on who you imagine is reading it.

The clincher is having examples though - helps enormously.

Fair enough Doesn't bother me at all as I said, but I'm an editor by trade (there are a few typos but I cant be arsed to list em right now - I suspect that would be being overly critical anyway )

There were a couple of "shit"s in there

Anyway, fine point about the double checking for details that would annoy later. I'm a master at not doing that rolleyes

Cheers Monsieur Le Gravy, nice user guide thumbup I'll use this to try and get a decent image of the Boxster.

Due to those cunning Germans I can now be highly efficient and use this technique not only for front 3/4 but also rear 3/4 as they made the front and rear of the Boxster so similar
