under bonnet cosmetics

starting to get some work done under the bonnet to tidy things up, and would like some ideas, even pictures to help decide what I am going to do.
I`ve ordered red silicon coolant hoses with new stainless steel pipes , and an induction kit from Act.
nice shiny polished alloy oil filler cap from leven,
new bonnet stay
remove cean and paint red, rocker covers, phlenum and inlet manifold, also polish up some parts on these items to give good effect, possibly do water pump as well.
may remove alternator and polish the casings
remove exhaust manifolds, cut out pre cats, and have ceramic coated.
any other ideas??

just having the inner wings/under bonnet area on the tuscan painted in gloss black 2k.
everything else is shiny(low miles)new. kept engine/ancilliaries coated in dashboard spray (just evaporates after two months) from day one.
but the engine bay is let down by the crappy semi gloss-matt finish (if you could call it finished)on these panels.
my cerbs and chims were painted under the bonnet,why leave this terrible finish which dosn`t respond to any cleaning or polishing?
I know the bonnet dont just pop up for all the world to admire it,
so some will say whats the point?
but if its easy to clean then theres more chance of me cleaning it,and when it comes time to sell,it will still look good.

I got some of those, just had same idea about a under body tidy too.

Here's a few suggestions:-
Get your plenum polished and while you're at it have the throttle opened out to 72mm diameter with a bigger butterfly.
Get the alternator fan/pully, water pump pully and crank pully chromed.
Demon Tweeks do nice little chrome caps for bolt heads in different sizes.
Europa do nice chrome covers for the oil filter about 13 quid, you can also get a chrome cover for the coil from Jim Robinson about 5 quid, Jim also does S/S allen bolts for the plenum and rocker covers, etc.,
Chrome your flame trap.
Replace any burnt heat sheild with new material from Agrimech.
Use clips to tidy up the HT leads and wiring
and so on BUT
don't forget to drive the f'ing thing!!
