Hi,
isn't this the Diablo model that got voted the worst supercar by Martin Brundle on his DVD from a few years ago?
Assuming it is, why would someone still lust after it?
Cheers

I believe his criteria included going to Tesco's and doing their shopping in it
When it comes to Diablo 6/GT/GTR .... you either get them, or you don't

Err? because Brundle says its the worst & cant go shopping you mean suddenly its not desirable? Is that honestly what you think about a Diablo?

That's a fair question. The GT is an awesome tool, seriously. The performance is epic. But as Jon says, not everyone gets Lambos. And, to be honest, I suspect that suits those of us who do get them. And remember, most Lambo owners have had everything else. I doubt Mr B has.
Martin is entitled to his view but don't for one moment think his opinion (or anyone elses) is any more valid than yours or mine. There are a lot of people here who have just as much experience with cars as Mrs Brundle's little boy.
I'm biased, but at least admit it!
On the vid I saw, he placed it tenth out of ten. Personally I don't think his tests were particularly relevant - I have no intention of using mine on the track and it certainly won't be used for popping down to Tesco's!
As Mike said, you either get it or you don't, and Mr Brundle's opinion isn't likely to hold any sway over what I think. (I too am biaised ) Besides, he didn't test an orange one!!!
