Help with trackday silencers for a 355 with capristo fitted

All,

I have a 355 with a decatted Capristo fitted. I am looking to get the noise down for trackdays, Vmax etc.

I am reliably told that Demon Tweeks do a set so I rang them and as per usual were quite helpful. Supertrap do a silencer but they are only round and wont work if the tailpipes are close together. As mine are oval and are close together I may have a problem. Does anyone know if the tips actually come off these?

They also do Jetex inserts which I will try. Has anyone had any experience with these as apparently they make a difference but not as much as the silencers?

Also does anyone know approx how many db the car is at now or could hazard a guess as to how many it would be afterwards. And will I loose any hp with them fitted?
