Event log is full.

Here I am Infa-redding photos from my phone to the laptop, when it says "Error, event log is full"

I have searched for this, and it has come up with a notepad document, but if i try to clear it it wont save.

Any ideas?

If it's XP then you can clear the event log using Event Viewer (start->programs->admin tools). Would be worth seeing what is in the log before you clear it, maybe there's some other problem you need to sort out.

Right click My computer => manage => In the right hand pane Computer Management (local) => System Tools => event viewer. Right click on the sytaem or application event to select the log size and the overwrite options.

It's probably worth having a look at the logs as it might give some pointers as to what's wrong.
