I currently drive a chim 500 which i use as my daily commute approx 60 miles a day but am now looking to let her go and am thinking of a cerbera. I have had near zero problems with my chim over 13000 miles other than a leaking radiator but i am told if i go down the cerbera route this good fortune will change?
I have read all sorts of reviews but am still undecided which model to opt for, i will also have a budget of around £15000. I intend to use it for the same journey so am really looking for the most user friendly. If any one can steer me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

I wouldnt say your good fortune would change, there is just more to be aware of. A Cerbera used everyday will be very reliable. I haven't been let down once on a year of ownership, and there are others had them much longer and not been let down. OK i am not a daily driver but at least once a week.
60 miles is quite a daily commute though, aside from the fuel which will be similar to your Chim, the servicing is every £6k miles; £400 minor and around £600-800 major depending whether you need the tappets done. Other thing to remember 18000 odd miles a year will probably see a new clutch every 18 months. £1 - 1.5k for that job.
£15k will get you a good car these days, there are a few about - Budaholic's car is well known and around that price. Mine is up for a little more but i am open to offers. They are both 4.5's, which offer more in terms of tuning / power upgrades. I think that Cerb's at this price is criminal but hey thats what they are going for.

Hi, its a 99 T plate in Solent silver which is silvery blue, as far as i know its also a aston martin colour. It has leven stalks, handbrake etc... TVR stitched magnolia interior with an alloy dash similar to some of the Griff 500's. I havnt really thought about a private sale as i have been dealing with a specialist in my local area who always has a good selection of TVR's.
