Cosmetic question this, can anyone point me in the direction of a decent handbrake handle? I can't find any listed for a 60's Mini (if that's what it is).......

what are you thinking of, when you say decent ? The most decent way is installing a automatic handbrake sys so you don´t need a lever at all but just a button to operate...

Hi Graham, I put a Richbrook ali (silver finish) one on mine (product code 7000.3 I think), might be too bling for some but I like it. I can mail you pics of it installed if you like. P.S. when are you going to be fitting the soft top ? That's one of my next jobs and I have a feeling it might be tricky. scratchchin

Thanks for that Andy. Your car is looking great. My hood is part fitted at the moment, have to be brave and drill the roll bar and then take it all off for SVA!!

Hi chaps,

I'll be fitting mine once I return from holiday later this month (am in the US of A at the mo). So may be good to share best fitting practice on it!

The one that fits the factory mounting points was used on many different British cars. As you say, the common one is the early mini, but I pulled mine from a Range Rover at the breakers.
