Was the M3 CS spec. available outside the UK?

Not knowing much about M3's but potentially quite interested in picking one up, I haven't noticed any M3 CS's out here in Switzerland and was wondering if this was a UK only model or, if the CS spec. was potentially just an option pack in Europe/Switzerland possibly known as the 'Sportpaket'.

It was called the competition pack in the US.

They definitely existed in Germany, because they were using them for Driver Training last year.

I'm pretty sure it was available in Europe about a year before the CS came out in the UK.
