I'm sure this has been covered previously but being new, I haven't a clue on it. The search function is also down and can't really find much info.

What after-market systems are there for the M12s/M400? Are they catted/cat-less? What costs are we looking at? Do they come with some form of warranty? Is a remap needed when fitted?

My standard exhaust bracket has broken yet again producing the dreaded knocking noise. I'm fed up with the stock system and I think the car may be better off with an upgrade.

Any info as above and pictures of what these systems look like would be greatly appreciated!

Alex - if you'd searched under 'chocolate' you would have found alot about the standard Noble exhaust! There are several excellent aftermarket stainless steel exhaust systems which come with a life time guarantee. The Roush system is tried and tested by many on this forum and is fantastic - it transforms the car by letting it breath more easily. No need to leave the cats out. The performance is the same with them in and not only will you be road legal (inc insurance) but the reduced noise levels will allow you to track the car at just about any circuit in the UK. The upgrade comes with new fuel pump and wiring (another 'weakness' of the standard system). All up, about £3K inc before and after RR test, IIRC. After the new exhaust was fitted I was logged as 432bhp with 415 ft lbs torque Go for ir.

Another Roush vote. We've now proved that having the CAT's in or out makes zero difference (just CAT's out in louder, and there's the MOT issue....)

Roush gets the thumbs up from me.
Note that the CATs won't fail if you don't fit them, so they're not fitted on mine. You may also get flames without them ... !

I would go for either of the following:

1. Roush
2. Roush
3. Roush

Had mine fitted last week and makes a HUGE difference.
