Wow - i'm going to email him straight away, but not by the ask a seller a question - seeing how his account is blocked (which im not remotely suspcious of) but by his Yahoo mail account.

I'm sure he'll ask for a deposit to secure the GT3 at an ubelieveably low 11 grand - and of course i'd be silly not to pay a grand deposit, seeing how its too good to be true...

and when i turn up to pick up the car, i will be genuinely surprised its not there, and assume there is a mistake, only to find out the email account has dissapeared - along with my deposit.

This is happening continuously on Ebay. At any given time, there will be several of these running.

All you can do is report it to Ebay asap and they will remove it.

What happens if you put a bid in of about £1,000,000? Does it stuff the auction or does e-bay shut your account down?

There must be two cars for the price of one.

One is Black and one is Midnight Blue.

Read the advert.

£12,000 Must be a steal at that price.

The Nigeria connection has diversified into GT3's then. I wonder what the actual owner of the car thinks...

I've just offered to buy it, I said that I'd been to the bank already to get a bankers draft.

But the silly bank had made a mistake (as they do) and made the bankers draft out for 15k, could he be so kind as to refund me the difference but keep a hundred for himself (because I'm a nice guy) and I will drive the car away with the change!

This isn't the only one - there are several re-curring M3's at buy-it-now of £8-12k when they should be £24k+... Surely ebay could run a regular trawl as they use the same text for these scams but hey why bother...
