Surely some sort of vitamin supplement was available in Birmingham when he was young? Why is he soooo diddy?

Surprised he doesn't bash into things in the paddock whilst parking(snigger). Must be difficult to see fence posts etc....

What a bummer that the Brits have to resort to finding drives with foreign teams isn't it...

Seriously, how DO you see over the bonnet! You are sitting in the boot with your head below dash height...

It must be a bit fazing?

He still came first in class in it though. He did 3 laps too many though as he couldn't see the chequered flags.

Did you see the girl he was with??? She was quite a peach!

That V8 machine of his is amazing!!! Although you sit looking out of the rear passenger window....can see through what can be best described as a letter box called the front windscreen

Thankfully he only overtook me once

Hmmm backseat driver!

Mind you, when I start on the Belmont's replacement, it'll be the same sort of stamp - with the driver's seat nearer the back than the front!

Phil, are you planning to lap the field on Nov 4th at Donington? Or is the car staying in it's warm garage at home instead? What does Nigel have to say?

Any road up, the only way to drive a beasty like this is navigating through the side windows, so seeing through the front screen is not a necessary requirement!

Rob.

Hi ROb,

Not sure what's happening 100% for DOnington right now - but I think the intention is to get the car out.

We should all be driving MK11 Escorts!

MK11?

Is that like a code name for the year 2017 Focus?

Or that other bag of Midland gene-pool, Matt Neal. He pedals quite well, (but is it only me who thinks he looks like he should be a copper?)

Well the Belmont has Capri type front suspension, and 5-link Ford rear end. So it's part way there.....

I'm giving it a shake-down at Silverstone on the 2nd (a trackday on the GP circuit - any attendees, keep yer elbow's in, and watch ya mirrors!)
