Ted, I know that you don't like this happening, so any ideas how to change it?

I have just installed a firewall and having opened the internet (I have PH as my homepage) all of your adverts have gone. The firewall in question is Agnitum Outpost Firewall 1.0.

Now I am pretty crap with computers and don't know how to allow anything once I have clicked a button that used a default.

Any ideas/help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Phil

Not familiar with that one. I guess there must be an options screen for the product?

Thanks for raising the issue again. I'm downloading the product now to see if I can set up some workarounds.

No worries Ted - good luck with it - I think It is straight forward if you have half a clue, but for me, unfortunatly it might as well be written in Klingon! (I could just uninstall it I guess)

Start the program up and then right click on Plug-ins>Ads. You get the option of removing the tick to enable the adverts.

Thanks, that was useful as at least that program revealst the criteria that it uses to block adverts.
