chimera 16" wheels..

I need 16" on the front to clear some discs/callipers I have bought I have the standard 5 spoke rims, A friend said later ones had 16" on the front the same 5 spokes...

Is he talking shite?

What are my options are the later 500 wheels 16"...

The very late Chims had 16in all round because they had run out of 15in wheels by then! I believe they were the same offset as well.....

Quite a common mod to get bigger discs up front.

The 4 liter 5 spoke Chim wheels have a different offset at the front (1", versus 1 1/4" at the rear). Probably not safe to assume that all the different wheel styles are identical though.
