My T350C has had Ferodo Ds2500 brake pads fitted and a new set of Nitrons.

Braking and handling is alot better, i did soften off damping alittle to make the ride a little more comfortable on the bumpy roads around the island and it is better,(not so harsh over bumps.

I Still have a little problem i would like to solve, under heavy braking above 100mph when i apply the brakes the car pulls to one side (right). Would this be more pressure through one caliper! maybe i should get the calipers stripped and serviced!

Or would this be suspention related.

Has any body any ideas on above, also a good setting on Nitrons for the road, and do i need to ajust spring settings or should these be pre-set and all ready to bolt on!

That's something you would have to ask the person who supplied it - along with the geometry settings they recommend to go with that combination.

To be honest i did send of a e-mail later this afternoon to the guys who supplied the shocks with reference to settings, i will probably get a reply tomorrow.

I was more so interested in the pulling under braking problem, which i thought maybe somebody else had experienced this.

Have had this on other cars, not with my T350 (also using DS2500's)

Best to check the basics first - tyre pressures equal, brake pads bedded in a little (I assume they're new?), toe-in to TVR spec. front & rear, spring heights may be unequal so get it corner-weighted which is a good move anyway for balanced handling.
Then could be suspension misalignment from impact damage, or corrosion in caliper (unlikely with a fairly new car)....

I've got Nitrons on my T350t. I have been playing around with the ride settings to get them to my liking. Rang Nitron to get some base settings and was told they start at 10 klicks all round from hard!! (shocks are calibrated at hard). I am currently running at 15 clicks on the back , 10 was just to harsh for every day driving.

Yes i bet 10 was hard! mine are at 17 clicks out from fully hard, which is better just takes the shock out of bumps. My Nitrons came set at 15 front 14 rear, handy that you can just get to ajusters through rims, though a bit of a stretch over disc"s.

Thanks tailslide on list of things to check, cars going in garage on Wednesday so will get them to check it all over.

Although a Tuscan I run my Nitrons at 12F/13R from full hard. It's a bit harsh over bad roads but ok.

Regarding the pads, I fitted DS2500s to mine a few months ago and they did pull a bit at first when going through the bedding in procedure. Have you read and followed the Ferodo guidelines? You have to be a bit hard on them to get them bedded in properly.
