hieght problem?

Definitely not a problem in a Chimaera. And no, you don't need to drive with the top off looking over the top of the windscreen! They even thought to provide adjustable pedals.
Being a passenger in a Chimaera if you're 6'3" is a problem as the footwell is about 8" shorter. They decided the end of the footwell was the best place for the battery!

Height is not necessarily the problem with a tuscan. However I'm 6'4" and I don't fit into a Tuscan because I have a longer torso and shorter legs than the average 6'4" person (ie distance from arse to top of head was too much, in fact the roof was in line with my neck when trying to get in).
Best suggestion is to visit a dealer or a PH meet and say you just want to check if you can fit in a car.
Peter Wheeler is a tall chap so if your height is from long legs you shouldn't have a problem.

I'm 6'8", and can fit into both front seats of the Chimaera, griff, and M series, and most others as a passenger. Tuscan was roof off, but seemed ok.
Driving the Chimaera is ver comfortable - holds me in really well, and nothing it too cramped. Sat in an elise a month or so ago - wasn't going to happen - serious mods needed, ie clutch to move to passenger footwell!
I'm sure you'll be fine!
