How to un-delete an email from popmail ?

oops,
yesterday i accidently deleted an email i hadnt read yet while in popmail.
then exited an shutdown.
so how can i get to read it now?
i have ms-outlook-express 6.1

If you haven't told the system to leave the message on the server for X days regardless of you deleting it, and you've emptied the 'bin' then.

It's gone.

However if you've replied to it then depending on how much you hacked out during editing the reply you will find it in whatever passes for your programs Sent Items folder, however it will be sans attachments.

Best bet is to plead stupidity and get the person to resend it if possible.

Well, ok. I'm the only ditz on the planet to think "I really must reply to that person" and have their response to my reply drop in my inbox.
