Sorry for asking a question which is probably really simple but how do I get the videos and images from my phone transferred onto my laptop?

It's a company phone I wasn't given any instructions to and as I'm looking to change jobs I'd like to keep the media I've built up on it.

I used mobile PhoneTools from BVRP, as I'd already had that to sync contacts to the Razr and it worked a treat.

Costs something like £10 though, but there might trial versions available.

Surprised you never got a USB cable and some software for it. Mind you you probably did but the company It dept has them stashed somewhere. You could of course by a bluetooth (or borrow one) stick and attach it to your pc then bluetooth it accross.

It's just a mini-USB cable BTW, so if you've not got one you should be able to find one for a camera or different phone.

Just had a quick rifling through the boss's drawers (ooh, er) and found the USB cable. Will start tinkering around now.

It worked! Now does anyone know a free way of changing these 3GP video files into something a little more usable, like WMV or MPEG?
