Hello All,

I was wondering where people's otter switch was located. Mine is on the radiator (1999 Chimaera 500). Has the position changed over time?

Many thanks

Many thanks,

I assume that the later cars are in the radiator. Any particulr reason why the position was changed?

Many thanks

Because the position next to the manifolds wasn't great.
They could have moved it to the rad on the outlet side though couldn't they!

I did this - it works much better - IMHO. Just had the rad plugged near the return elbow.

So the outlet side is on the drivers side? How did you change the position of the switch?

Had local Rad workshop insert hosing in rad. Ran new cables from fusebox, through P/s wing around front - also extra power cables so the fans have separate relays & fuses.
