...... to make me nod off! Yep, whatched the F1 quali' session this afternoon. Well, I say watched, saw the first couple and caught the result at the end. Can't wait for the whole race to be re-run tomorrow, I'll get at least an hours snooooozzzzze.

saw the first team run out of interest after what
1;30 secs, of qualifier, and head for the pits. Bet this right,
Murray walker makes shock un-retirement to declare his golden boy, race winner, IN ADVANCE OF BLAST OFF everything returns normal, warandpeaceathandbychairpah!

Watching the washing machine is more fun than F1 these days especialy on fast spin when the boxers overtake the socks the WRC on the otherhand is brilliant nutters flying down gravel tracks at silly speeds , the down side is ch4 and eurosport put it on at stupid times

Paul, your experience was the same as mine. Despite a deeply sceptical view of the ability of F1 to get back to the cut and thrust of the 60s/70 and early 80s (and I'm not advocating making it as unsafe as it often proved to be at that time) I tuned in today, as I do at the beginning of every season, with a sense of anticipation. For the past few months I've been counting it down - sad really, I suppose, but there it is.

I managed to keep awake for the first 10 or so on the qualifying runs and woke up just in time to see Raikkonen get it sideways.

God, but it was boring! Will I get up at 2am to watch it live? Absolutely....not! That's why God invented VCRs.

Thought it was a good race though and maybe the changes will help F1 after all.

yeah i also thought it was a good race, though like all of them i get restless as it tends to drag abit...

unfortuantly if it wasn't for a few simple errors it still could have been a ferrari 1-2...

and there wasn't really a great change to the overall leaderboard:

McLaren / Williams / McLaren / Ferrari
they just happened to be the other way round!

give me, Touring Cars, GT/Sportscars or Rallying over F1 anyday!!!

It's early in the morning & there's no F1 on TV... was just getting used to it ruining all my sleep.

Was a very good race but it was more the weather than the rules that made it so.

And Ferrari not winning.

Get rid of the refueling & tyre changes. Maybe 2 tyres only to cover for punctures. Forget the silly rules to to liven it up. Prefered to walk round Safeways yesterday afternoon than watch F1. Waiting for the MotoGP.
