Been offered it for cheap. Are they any good?

Perhaps a little lacking by todays DSLR standards but I am sure it would still knock the socks off anything you could get new for the same price (point and shoot).

I still have my D30 and it takes amazing pics. Go for it.

How much it should worth? with orginal kit len.

Anything on the nice side of £200 if it's in decent condition. Be prepared for an incredibly dimwitted autofocus system, but apart from that it's fine.

I used to have one. Great camera, although its a little bit slow storing things into memory, so don't be expecting to snap 20 shots in one go.
