Engine Oil/Indicator Lenses

After some help............again. What would anyone recommend in the way of engine oil for my 4.5 Cerb? And how often should it require topping up? Dealer said he wouldn't be surprised if it needed a litre every
thousand miles. I know this varies from car to car. Also where's the best place to get clear front/side indicator lenses? I saw a thread on that I while back but can't find it now.

I use mobil 1 can't remeber the grade think it was 5/50 and it uses around 1 ltr per 1000 miles.

Clear side repeaters can be bought from any motor parts store, just ask for clear repeaters for mk 3 fiesta.
Cost about £7.

I got my front indicators from e.bay (still need to fit them!)

If you want to get top advice on oils, ask PHer Opie Oil Man. He is exceptionally knowledgable and will give chapter and verse on what you can/could/should/shouldn't!

I think he has a sticky thread running somewhere...

Cheers - For the front indicators what did you search for on e-bay I.E. serial/part number. Are they common to other makes?

I knew I'd seen it somewhere - cheers. For both the side and front, is it just the lens which needs replacing or is it the bulb too - or are they one of the same?
