are there any guys who visit your home to stick the film to the front of car etc ???? think im gonna have the RS done.....cleaned the car up that well i need to have some front end protection and my misses bra is too small.....

I always hated the stuff, but my 968 CS had it on it when I bought it, and I have to say I really rate it now.

Its quite colour sensitive I think, looks a mess on silver cars IMO - try to see it on a car the same colour as yours before going ahead - seems to work on solid colours much better.

i think its well worth putting on the car !! cheaper than having the front end painted every 5 mins....just need to find a reputable company close to me ( york )

try tom @ paint sheild on 01476 592777 , they are the bollox , just done my CGT perfect !! we are agents for them , you can go to there office or we can arange a fitting @ malton !!

Have Paint Shield on my car. The fitter was not very good and it took a couple of goes to get it right. It does save on you having to re-spray all the time, but looks a bit messy at the edges after a while, for the dirt gets caught under the edges and it is hard to clean without making the edges worst.

I have Paintshield on my black GT3 MK1. It was fitted at the HQ in Grantham and I have to agree with JWB, product and fitting service is absolutely first class

Likewise, I've got the full kit (PU, wings and bonnet back to the A-pillars) on my silver GT3, and Joe at Paintshield does an excellent job of ensuring the film lines up perfectly with the body panels. It's worth going up to Grantham to give them the best chance of doing the job in a relatively dust free environment.
