N rated Pirelli Assymetricos are currently fitted to my Mk. 1 GT3.
Fronts (225) are about one quarter worn, rears (285) about two thirds. Running at 34 PSI all round as per the manual.
I fancy that as wear progresses , the rears in particular are becoming more and more noisy and in fact "drone" on some road surfaces, to such a degree that it's become an annoyance .
Anyone else experience this with these tyres ?
I'm thinking of replacing with N rated Michelin Pilot Sports ( had good results with these in the past)

PZero N3 Assimetricos are notorious for getting noisy once they are half worn.

As above. I thought the wheel bearings were gone.

Try Toyo R888's if you want road noise.

Mine has Assemetrico things and the specialist that inspected it said that there was some tyre noise and that he always recommended Continental Sport Contacts, that's what I'll put on next.

I've tried various Pirelli, Michelin, Bridgestone, and Continental road tyres and for 993/996 sizes, suspension, and weight distribution i'd suggest Continental SportContact2 N2 for an all rounder. Wet, dry, noise, grip, longevity, price.
Just my £0.02 (having done 80k miles in the last 5 years in these cars)
