Says it all really.. Chrome is knackered on one, and the other one has taken a thump a while ago and could do with replacing.. Am told the factory has them on back order; anyone bought them from anywhere else recently?

They're based on a standard part as used on minis and loads of kit cars. Can't remember where I got mine from but afterwards I found out Tower View stock them too. TVR add a small tab used to screw it on, whicdh you will have to add yourself if you get from a non-TVR source.

Both of the tabs on mine are knackered, but the rims seem to clip on securely enough without being screwed on, so you might get away without them.

After a couple of calls, I've found the chrome trim easily enough, (Tower View have them in stock), but no one has the tab on them, (even the TVT people).. Since I've only really got minimal tools with me, (modern flats not really being set up for this sort of thing), I was hoping to be lazy and buy the real thing ready to bolt on..

However, with the aid of an old bean can and a pair of tin snips I've got the brackets and am waitingon the postman with a package..
