After reading the story a couple weeks ago regarding Bespokes Advanced Roadcraft Dvd, I ordered a copy via their website and paid for it through Paypal.
That was almost 2 weeks ago, and I've not recieved the Dvd. They took the money out of my Paypal account the same day I ordered it. I've emailed them and tried phoning them. I've never recieved an email back, and every time I phone, no one answers.

Has anybody else experience problems with Bespoke?

I've not had any experience. however, I was literally in the process of ordering the DVD. I think I'll wait until I hear this is resolved. Hope you get it sorted.

P.S. I know it's different DVDs, but have you tried Cadence (speak to Susie or Hugh). They have some good things, and their customer service is excellent. We (my driving partner and I) once got a DVD, it arrived within days, and they were then on the end of a phone and e-mail for questions AND sent some general info and notes for free.

I just received the Advanced Roadcraft - excellent presentation - recommend it highly!

Eeek, I ordered mine on the 10th and still haven't heard anything, I'm really hoping it's just a supply issue or something, still, terrible customer service

I have bought DVDs from both Cadence and Bespoke. All the DVDs were delivered quickly. I prefer Bespoke's presentation style.

I have bought both Bespoke DVD's at separate times - they both arrived very quickly.

Following unprecedented demand, we did have a short term supply problem. However, this was resolved earlier this week. Our apologies to anyone who was kept waiting. All orders have since been despatched.
