There is nothing wrong with my car
Discussion
Thought it was time for a positive thread since we usually just post when there are problems. Gave my car a nice clean up inside today and then took it for a spin. No reason, nowhere to be, just for the sake of driving. As you do when you own a TVR. The car is going great, the roads of SE England are too busy for maximum warp these days but still managed to be on the wrong side of the road for good reason plenty of times
We've got a new Golf GTi waiting for us at the dealers (insurance certificate didn't come in time, so no tax/registration. We pick it up in 2 weeks - away on business until then). As good as it may be, I can't see me jumping in that and just going for a spin.

There is plenty wrong with my car, but i still like taking it out for a clearout after the wife has been piloting it about all week. The old 125,000 mile V6 enjoys a good throat clear and i enjoy doing it, after driving a turbo diesel all week! (quick, but the vocal note just isn't there) I love driving!

Glad you're having fun. Luckily can still drive quickly but safely on our Shropshire roads if pick the right times - even in daylight!
We're obviously spoiled, but I take every opportunity to enjoy it.
These 350's just feel so good working with you on A or B-roads.
Other drivers must think you're working hard, but not so, just going with the flow

Tag I agree they are wonderful cars.Just got back from a terrible trip to the US ( 36 hours to do an 11 hour flight and 20 hours to get home )
It took all of ten minutes in the T350 to put a smile on my face and several of the people I passed on the way home.
Heathrow to Ealing is usually about 40 minutes-but somehow it took longer and I didn't mind a bit!

Good for you Targ, if I hadn't been up to my eyes in ironing and emulsion (although not quite at the same time) I'd have had a hoon in ours....
