I've had my baby for three years and have carried out a few mods but nothing major:

Blitz Realize TT-R CAT back exhaust,
ITG Induction kit
Denso Iridiun Sparkers
Lowered 45mm all round
3G front discs
Greenstuff pads all round
Braided brake hoses
Front and rear upper strut braces
OZ hydra 17" wheels

This car constantly makes me smile and I just love the handling.....I'm sure it's not to most peoples taste but I love it and thats all that matters.

Hi Pintage,

Very nice, and CLEAN for this time of year, I have always liked the blue, best FTO colour I think.

I recently fitted a Full stainless with de-cat to mine, and have to say the sound is so much better than standard but not max power muppet (if you know what I mean)

Do you frequent the FTO owners forum? Your name looks familiar.

Hi Pintage.

Gorgeous car. I've always been a fan of FTOs, and I really like the kit you've got on it. Not too crazy, but enough to make it look a little more aggressive and different. I can't wait til I can drive, and at some point I will definitely own an FTO. If you look at it from front 3/4 angle and squint a bit, don't you think it looks a tiny bit like a Vanquish?

Fantastically clean, and a great colour too!

lovely looking car, i thought about one for myself for a while...

i cant help but thinking the 2.0 v6 just doesnt do it justice, i think the car would have been a massive hit with evo engine and running gear cool

I really like FTOs, and I may well get one in the future. How good are they in terms of performance? I don't want anything groundbreaking, but I don't want something which is all mouth and no trousers.

The are reasonable on performance but nothing to special, 0-60 in about 6.8 seconds and will top out at about 140 to 145 (I think as I have only taken it to 130mph on a private road).

I think this is one of the best looking Jap performance cars out there. It certainly wont best very many sports cars but it does go round corners exceptionally well.

For a young 'un, the insurance will pummel you into the ground.

Theyt aren't slow, but arent phenomenal - I'd say about as quick as a Civic Type R - mine never misbehaved, but I never realled jelled with it.

For insurance check out www.moneysupermarket.com/motor/?Source=FISINSURANCE

Personally, I've had mine for about 2 months now and I love it! I guess it depends on what you have had before though!
