helpdesk number for sky broadband?

Does anyone have the helpdesk number for sky broadband to hand. I can't find it on their site. I'm wanting to downgrade from their 16mb service to the free one. Their contention ratios mean I haven't seen more than 1mb connection speed (when the service is working). I live 300m from the exchange. Not impressed.
