Why is my Outlook clock 12 hours slow?

My Pc clock is set for GMT/BST but for some reason my Outlook clock is 12 hours slow, so incoming mails are tagged in the previous day, or early this morning if I am in afternoon.

Does Outlook have its own clock somewhere or a international setting that I have set to Fiji or somewhere?

Yes, It's in tools/options/calendar/time zone

Well in outlook 2003 it is anyway...
