Retro fit of seamless rear parking sensors?

My girlfriend has just bought a 996 3.4 as a daily driver but it seems to have an affliction ...having rear park assist it's covered in these wart things across the rear bumper! I know on the facelift 3.6 cars this is more neatly integrated; can this system be used on the earlier 3.4 variety??...if so what does it involve, possible cost, etc.

Any indication would be appreciated.
