leasing for car hire business

HI,
I wish to start a daily car hire business, but would need to finance the first car, I have roughly 20K cash budjet to spend on the car, and an unrelated income of 30k PA as a sole trader which can be maintained throughout start up. The car I want is approximately 110k new or i would really like a 2 year old run in example at about 80k. My question is, 1. On these figures who or what would the best route to finance be.
