TVR goes to Italy ?????

My girlfriend saw a story on a czech news website, that stated Tvr are moving to Turin and then the cars are coming back to Ricardo's in the UK for finishing, apparently the source was autocar magazine but cant find anything on their website. Anybody heard anything???
