Misting rear lights??

Good morning, does anyone have any trouble with theri rear lights fogging up behind the clear cover? My girlfriends new mini is doing just this and she is a perfectionist and doesnt like this.
Anyone had any replaced by Mini under warranty?

Used to see a few-the seal at the rear of the unit fails to seat properly or the light has a defect along the seam.
If its in warranty then they should be replaced-this might be different on extended warranty though(cosmetic tends not to be covered-even though its a defect).
Have you had water ingress to the boot(under carpet)if you have then the misting can be caused by this-the fault then is normally the 3rd brake light
