I have tried phoning and emailing and their website is down

still there last week when they fitted my upgrades and had plenty work around to keep them going. Have had similiar problems getting hold of them in the past - just keep trying and you'll get an answer eventually. Guess the websites getting redone now that Doug's away to bring it right up to date.
