It seems an alleged spammer took Spamhaus to court in the US and won the case by allegedly lying and saying that a US court had jurisdiction as UK based Spamhaus had business operations in the US.
It is claimed that if the US ruling stands and Spamhaus is closed down, it will unleash billions of spam attacks on us.
