i dont have air con in my car first off, my fans did not work this morning on way to work, tried turning on/off and differant heats/fan speeds, but nothing, should i just look for burnt out fuses or has anyone encountered this before?

Picking mine up from Hexham in 2 hours for broken aircon. Mine needed 'charging', but the fans were working..... just no cold air. I would check the fuse if the fans are not working.

There's a delay of about 10-15 seconds sometimes if i turn the fan speed up, before it actually takes effect.
Could it just be the delay or is it totally knackered?

Do the led's still work as you turn the blower knob?

Mine did this 15months ago, was a relay fault not an ecu fault.
Had to wait while the dealer got spares from factory- 1week & £50 iirc.

Good luck

You've changed your name once, I think you should change it again and start you name with SAINT. You must have the patience of one.

iv experienced a lot of censored in the short 21 years of my life, that my car (which i love very much ) having minor niggles is less of a deal than would otherwise appear.

Hollowpockets,
my t350 did exactly this.
It turns out it was the connector on the heater control unit. This is located in the passenger footwell. Pull out the L shaped carpeted board at the end of the footwell, and the control unit is located on a bit of velcro at 12 o'clock. It looks like a heatsunk PCB with two capacitors poking out.
Seems to me that someone got their calculations wrong, and the ground or power pin is taking too much current, gets hot, and so degrades/goes high resistance. If you take the connector off you'll perhaps see one pin that has become blackened. Clean it and it's mating half.
Worth a try.
