Water leaking down steering column and onto my feet!

Whilst out in the extremely heavy rain this weekend. After around 8 hours in non stop downpour the Griffith gave way to inevitability and started leaking. The water as said in the title was leaking onto my feet, very slowly, around my ankle on my left foot. Any idea where I should look to fix this?

It'll be the usual places in the offside wing most likely Chris. Time to get busy with a silicone gun! Aside: I still have a bunch of microfibre cloths you said you wanted, I find they're fantastic for drying damp carpets.

1. Re-do the seals on the wing, especially round the brake fluid reservoir and the rivets on the VIN plate, also where cables and anything else enter the cabin compartment. SH even recommends removing the VIN plate, sealing underneath it & re-rivetting it back in place
2. I have found water coming through the pop-rivets that hold the bonnet hinge/windscreen/wiper housing plate thingy to the GRP body. Drips neatly onto right foot. Some sealant under the dash helped this as the rivets seem inaccessible from outside.

Cool Will check. I will definitely be along to the next meet Steve! Lots of changes happening for me at the moment. When is it? Tomorrow? If it is can you stick me a mail with Directions, I haven't been to the new venue.

Sure it's water and not the master cyclinder seals going?
Usual is drips down the clutch pedal.

No it's definitely water. The master cylinder is brand new (well around 5 months old) and it only happens in really heavy rain.
