Yearly Running Costs

How much does your Chimp cost per year. Forgetting petrol (the price of which is as volatile as my mother-in-law's temper), what's the annual cost of, say:

Insurance
Servicing
Tyres
Repairs
etc

I've had mine a year and so far i've spent the following it's a 1998 car with approx 45K miles (400 Chim)

service £300
Re cored rad £120
New brake hoses all round £50
Rear wheel bearing seals £120
2 rear tyres £180
2 Engine mounts £50
clutch master cylinder seal kit £12

Not that bad really considering the age of the car. I know people who spend more that this on audi's/ VW's on there yearly service.

I'm pretty handy with the spanners so I did the rad/engine mounts/brake hoses and clutch seal myself. Any good mechanic could do these at good labour rates.

This subject was raised several weeks ago in this forum, I'm so pleased with my Chim I'll respond to this one as well:

Insurance: £463 (Egg)
Service: £530 incuding waxoyl and a few minor extras (pedal adjustment, PS leak repair and a rear light mounting problem fixing)
Tyres: N/A
Other: None

She's a babe, I spent more on my wife's '99 Escort this year!
