Sex is always good business. About 15 years ago I got taken to the Gold Club in Atlanta by some American colleagues (lap dancing on a massive scale - full of celebs etc..) The place was heaving and serious money was being made (not least by the dancers, $1000 a night for some of them). A mate and i came back determined to open something similar in London.
Never got around to it and Stringfellow et al did it years later and made a packet.
I read a while back that the Gold got taken over by the mob and has subsequently been closed down. Anyone on from Georgia who knows the story?
Crafty Cockney Eric Bristow was in the night we went. I don't think he expected to be recognised in the middle of Georgia and he scarpered pretty quickly when he was greeted with a cheery "All right Eric"!

I was a bit worried about how "Air Force Amy" wore the same outfit through the programme, and $1000-$1500 an hour, bloddy hell, for that you could get a holiday to amsterdam....

It's a quirk of Nevada State law. The same State that brings you legal casino gambling.
Nevada is, basically, like Disneyland for adults. Although Vegas is doing a good job at making the atmosphere more "family friendly"
