i have recently taken possession of a sagaris,12 months old from hexham horseless carraiges in the north east. the colour of my car is spectaflare copper,i believe that the previous owner had made a request for this colour on seeing a typhon at last years motor show, at the nec birmingham.
apparently the factory didnt do a sagaris in that colour,so blackpool as a one off obliged and painted the car in the colour.i now believe that my car is the only sagaris in this colour.
any typhon owners out there with this colour?

My Typhon is in Reflex Charcoal and that is the same as the other car on the road right now (but I don't know where). The other models I have seen or heard of are in grey (first customer T440), red (first show model) and orange (test car). Apart from the race cars, I'm not sure any other were made!

Hi Wayne
I believe that's my old car you've got there! (still got the pic in my profile ). Yep saw the T440R at the 2004 motorshow which was painted in this colour, so specced it up for the Sagaris with Tony at Hexham.

I think, as you say, there are only two cars out there in this colour, the other AFAIK is currently a T440 factory car. Go into the video at exactly 18 minutes and you'll see quite a bit of footage of this car.

How is the car going btw?

hi dan,
good to hear from you i was about to write to you at some stage as i have just received the log book, the car is a dream, not been able to get out much due to the rubbish weather, car is a tad over 6000 now.
i first came across your car when you had it for sale on this web site,i had been looking over a period of about 6 months.when i saw the car i knew that it was the one for me.i went on holiday, for 2 weeks, and on returning it had gone.due to this i thought the worst, either you had sold it or decided to keep it,so the search went on.then by chance one day i saw what i thought was the car on the hhc website, phoned tony and went up to see it,and that was it.
i have replaced the exhaust cans with the tuscan carbon fibre ones, and it looks great as the carbon just comliments the paint.so the car now lives near manchester, and the locals dont know whats hit them, not seen another in this area at all.
i will say that i am grateful you have given me the opportunity to own this car.
i would be chuffed too, if you could e-mail me those great pics you had sometime, thats if you still have them.
my e-mail is Wayne_Hagan@hotmail.com
regards
wayne.
