assuming engine is fully warmed up:

white or blue smoke, time to worry....

a little black smoke under hard acceleration, probably fine, but might need a tune up and check.

Also more oil used than around 1 litre per 1000 miles and blue smoke from a cold start is a sign of a worn engine, either rings, or most likely with the Speed 6 worn valve guides....

Good luck.

Mine does it from time to time on full bore acceleration. I think it's a bug in the electronics that causes it to run rich under certain conditions. If it does it after idling for a while it could be something like a leaky injector.
