Doubt it would have the sense of occaision as first firing up the Cerb/ not convinced on the interior... still too pricey, and like yourself, this would be an addition to the fleet rather than a replacement. 
gone visual on that The interior is no comparison to a Cerb' but there's a lovely Ultima in the classifieds. 
A sports bike appeals but I've always resisted as I know I'd end up in a wooden box!
A wild Exige Mk2 may well eventually replace the Cerb' but only when the Cerb' becomes boring, and I don't see that happening in the forseeable future.

Problem with Cerbs is the looks & noise is just un-matched by any other reasonably priced machinery. I've often dabbled with the thought of a Tuscan S, in black with carbon cans & all that malarkey, but then i have a Sunday like yesterday, when the whole family comes out for a drive, & you realize, there's nothing for the money to compare!

The new Marcos TSO looks very good and claims 460 bhp!
Looks about the closed thing to a cerb replacement these days although it has a yankie V8!
Similar price to the cerb when new too, at around £50k
Other ones i'd consider around the £40k mark.
Sagaris, Ferrari 550 marinello, Diablo.
For the same value as my cerb is now though I don't think I could find anything to replace it.
Maybe a chimp 500, Jag XKR, or a few extra £'s for a T350.

I guess it all depends on how much money you have. And after the trials and tribulations and expense of owning Cerb, I think I;d settle for an NSX, It's affordable, sensible running costs, rare, beautiful, looking never goes wrong, and it's a car you can use as your every day transport. I dont think anything can, or ever will, compare to that 'sense of occasion' that a Cerbera gives you though.
IMO - The Marcos still looks like a Kit car - and it has a really silly name - they should have shortened it to MRC or something. I can't help but think of Imelda and her shoe collection when I hear the name Marcos.
Just doesn't feel right.
550 Maranello...sounds a bit better or back to a GT3 - they really are special things to drive.
In fact, I wouldn't mind a 512TR or better still a 1995 F512M - they are quite stunning for the money.
