Hello Bikers, I tried the search but either it it out of order,
or I found nothing, or am just too plain stupid to use it.....
Does anyone know if the "Highwayman" leather jackets Company of London still exists?
They used to make top-notch quality jackets back in the 70s,
at least that´s when I bought mine.
Very thick leather, and DOUBLED UP underneath the "diamond padding" at shoulders & elbows.
Thery were of a VERY heavy quality (and weight) but worth every quid.
I wore mine/lived and rode in it until I eventually grew out of it,
but still have kept it in my closet.
Is the company still in existence ? I doubt it, because I cannot find them online,
and the -very rare- occasions on ebay etc. mark them as "vintage".
How does it look like ?

If I cannot find a new one, I guess I have ot see a good saddler or leathercraftsman in germany,
to cut it up and use it as a template for a larger model, (c) gone now.
Thanks for help,
Benni
